مادة 508
مَعَ عَدَمِ الْإِخْلَالِ بِأَحْكَامِ الْاِتِّفَاقِيَّاتِ مُتَعَدِّدَةَ الْأَطْرَافِ أَوِ الثُّنَائِيَّةُ النَّافِذَةُ الَّتِي تَكَوُّنِ جُمْهُورِيَّةِ مِصْرِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ طَرَفًا فِيهَا، وَمَعَ مُرَاعَاةِ مَبْدَأِ الْمُعَامَلَةِ بِالْمِثْلِ، يُعْمَلُ بِأَحْكَامِ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ فِي شَأْنِ التَّعَاوُنِ الْقَضَائِيِّ الدَّوْلِيِّ فِي الْمَسَائِلِ الْجِنَائِيَّةِ، وَتَسْرِي الْقَوَاعِدُ الْعَامَةَ فِي كُلُّ مَا لَمْ يُرِدْ بِشَأْنِهِ نَصَّ خَاصَ فِي هَذَا الْكِتَابِ وَبِمَا لَا يَتَعَارَضُ مَعَ أَحْكَامِهِ.
وَتَخْتَصُّ هَيْئَةُ الْقَضَاءِ الْعَسْكَرِيِّ بِالنَّظَرِ فِي كَافَّةِ طَلَبَاتِ التَّعَاوُنِ الْقَضَائِيِّ الدَّوْلِيِّ الَّتِي تَدَخُّلٍ فِي اِخْتِصَاصِهَا وَلَاَئِيًّا، وَتَتَوَلَّى النِّيَابَةُ الْعَسْكَرِيَّةُ مُمَارِسَةُ الْاِخْتِصَاصَاتِ الْمُقَرَّرَةِ لِلنِّيَابَةَ الْعَامَّةَ وَفْقًا لِأَحْكَامَ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ.
Article No. 508
Without prejudice to the provisions of the multilateral or bilateral agreements in force to which the Arab Republic of Egypt is a party, and with due regard to the principle of reciprocity, the provisions of this book shall be applied with respect to international judicial cooperation in criminal matters, and the general rules shall apply to all matters not specifically addressed in this book and in a manner that does not conflict with its provisions.
The Military Judiciary Authority is responsible for considering all requests for international judicial cooperation that fall within its jurisdiction, and the Military Prosecution shall exercise the powers assigned to the Public Prosecution in accordance with the provisions of this book.
