مادة رقم 234
يَكُونُ إِعْلَانُ النَّزِيلِ بِتَسْلِيمِ الْأَوْرَاقِ الْمَطْلُوبِ إِعْلَانُهَا إِلَيْهِ بِشَخْصِهِ، وَتَفْهِيمِهِ مَا تَضَمَّنَتْهُ فِي حُضُورِ مُدِيرِ مَرْكَزِ الْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ الْعُمُومِيِّ أَوْ مُدِيرِ مَرْكَزِ الْإِصْلَاحِ الْجُغْرَافِيِّ أَوْ مَنْ يَقُومُ مَقَامَهُمَا، وَإِذَا أَبْدَى النَّزِيلُ رَغْبَةً فِي إِرْسَالِ صُورَةِ الْإِعْلَانِ إِلَى شَخْصٍ مُعَيَّنٍ وَجَبَ إِرْسَالُهَا إِلَيْهِ بِكِتَابٍ مُوصًى عَلَيْهِ، وَإِثْبَاتُ هَذِهِ الْإِجْرَاءَاتِ فِي سِجِلٍّ خَاصٍّ يُعَدُّ لِهَذَا الْغَرَضِ.
وَيَكُونُ إِعْلَانُ الْمَحْبُوسِينَ بِالسُّجُونِ الْعَسْكَرِيَّةِ بِتَسْلِيمِ الْأَوْرَاقِ الْمَطْلُوبِ إِعْلَانُهَا إِلَيْهِ بِشَخْصِهِ، وَتَفْهِيمِهِ مَا تَضَمَّنَتْهُ بِمَعْرِفَةِ هَيْئَةِ التَّنْظِيمِ وَالْإِدَارَةِ بِالْقُوَّاتِ الْمُسَلَّحَةِ، وَإِذَا أَبْدَى النَّزِيلُ رَغْبَةً فِي إِرْسَالِ صُورَةِ الْإِعْلَانِ إِلَى شَخْصٍ مُعَيَّنٍ وَجَبَ إِرْسَالُهَا إِلَيْهِ بِكِتَابٍ مُوصًى عَلَيْهِ، وَإِثْبَاتُ هَذِهِ الْإِجْرَاءَاتِ فِي سِجِلٍّ خَاصٍّ يُعَدُّ لِهَذَا الْغَرَضِ.
