مادة رقم 534
يَكُونُ لِجِهَاتِ التَّحْقِيقِ وَالْمُحَاكَمَةِ الْمُخْتَصَّةِ أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ مَا تَرَاهُ مُنَاسِبًا لِتَسْجِيلِ وَحِفْظِ جَمِيعِ الْإِجْرَاءَاتِ الَّتِي تَتِمُّ مِنْ خِلَالِ وَسَائِلِ وَتِقْنِيَّاتِ الِاتِّصَالِ الْحَدِيثَةِ عَنْ بُعْدٍ، وَتَفْرِيغِهَا فِي مَحَاضِرَ، وَلَهَا أَنْ تَسْتَعِينَ بِأَحَدِ الْخُبَرَاءِ فِي ذَلِكَ، وَتُودِعُ مِلَفَّ الْقَضِيَّةِ.
وَيَضَعُ كُلٌّ مِنْ عُضْوِ النِّيَابَةِ الْعَامَّةِ أَوْ قَاضِي التَّحْقِيقِ أَوْ رَئِيسِ الدَّائِرَةِ وَالْكَاتِبِ تَوْقِيعَهُ عَلَى كُلِّ وَرَقَةٍ دُونَ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَى تَوْقِيعِ أَيٍّ مِنَ الْمُتَّهَمِينَ أَوِ الشُّهُودِ أَوِ الْخُبَرَاءِ أَوِ الْمُتَرْجِمِينَ أَوْ أَيِّ تَوْقِيعٍ آخَرَ.

The competent investigation and trial authorities may take whatever measures they deem appropriate to record and preserve all procedures carried out through modern remote communication methods and technologies, transcribe them into minutes, and may seek the assistance of an expert in this regard, and file the case.
The public prosecutor, the investigating judge, the head of the department, and the clerk each place their signature on each page without the need for the signature of any of the accused, witnesses, experts, translators, or any other signature.
