That the house of Egyptian antiques and all the things in it or that are in it
In the future, it will be considered as a public property of the government 1
We are the Khedive of Egypt
Based on what was submitted to us by the Board of Trustees;
We ordered what is to come
Article 1- The Egyptian Antiques House preceding the Islamic Conquest, which is the house known as the Bulaq Antiques House, and all the things that are in it or that will be located in it in the future are considered government property of public benefit and accordingly it is not permissible to sell it, to seize it, or to own it by taking possession of it for a long period .
Article 2All that may arise in the future of antiques houses, warehouses, and all the things that are placed therein are also government property of public utility. .
Article 3- All antiquities and antiques that are considered in this capacity according to the regulations that will work in this regard are also considered government property of public interest. .
Article 4The superintendent of public works must carry out this order of ours .
