(المادة 75)
تكفل الدولة وقاية الطفل من الإعاقة ومن كل عمل من شأنه الإضرار بصحته أو بنموه البدني أو العقلي أو الروحي أو الاجتماعي، وتعمل على اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للكشف المبكر على الإعاقة، وتأهيل وتشغيل المعاقين عند بلوغ سن العمل.
وتتخذ التدابير اللازمة المناسبة لإسهام وسائل الإعلام في برامج التوعية والإرشاد في مجال الوقاية من الإعاقة، والتبصير بحقوق الأطفال المعاقين، وتوعيتهم والقائمين على رعايتهم بما ييسر إدماجهم في المجتمع.
Article 75
The State shall ensure the protection of the child from disability and from any act that may harm his health or his physical, mental, spiritual or social development, and shall take the necessary measures for the early detection of disability, and the rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons when they reach working age.
Appropriate measures shall be taken to enable the media to contribute to awareness and guidance programs in the field of disability prevention, to educate the public about the rights of children with disabilities, and to raise awareness among them and their caregivers in a way that facilitates their integration into society.
