(المادة 123)
يتحدد اختصاص محكمة الطفل بالمكان الذى وقعت فيه الجريمة أو توافرت فيه إحدى حالات التعرض للانحراف أو بالمكان الذى ضبط فيه الطفل أو يقيم فيه هو أو وليه أو وصيه أو أمه بحسب الأحوال.
ويجوز للمحكمة عند الاقتضاء أن تنعقد في إحدى مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال التي يودع فيها الطفل.
Article 123
The jurisdiction of the juvenile court is determined by the place where the crime occurred or where one of the conditions of exposure to delinquency was present, or by the place where the child was found or where he, his guardian, his custodian, or his mother, as the case may be, resides.
The court may, when necessary, convene in one of the social welfare institutions for children in which the child is placed.
