(المادة 65)
يحظر تشغيل الطفل في أي من أنواع الأعمال التي يمكن، بحكم طبيعتها أو ظروف القيام بها، أن تعرض صحة أو سلامة أو أخلاق الطفل للخطر، ويحظر بشكل خاص تشغيل أي طفل في أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال المعرفة في الاتفاقية رقم 182 لسنة 1999مع مراعاة ما هو منصوص عليه في الفقرة الأولى تبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون نظام تشغيل الأطفال والأحوال التي يجوز فيها التشغيل والأعمال والحرف والصناعات التي يعملون بها وفقًا لمراحل السن المختلفة.
Article 65
The employment of a child in any type of work that, by its nature or the circumstances under which it is carried out, may endanger the child's health, safety, or morals is prohibited. In particular, the employment of any child in the worst forms of child labor as defined in Convention No. 182 of 1999 is prohibited. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 1, the executive regulations of this law shall specify the system for employing children, the circumstances under which employment is permitted, and the types of work, trades, and industries in which they may work according to their different age groups.
