(المادة 112)
لا يجوز احتجاز الأطفال أو حبسهم أو سجنهم مع غيرهم من البالغين في مكان واحد، ويراعى في تنفيذ الاحتجاز تصنيف الأطفال بحسب السن والجنس ونوع الجريمة.
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تزيد على سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل موظف عام أو مكلف بخدمة عامة احتجز أو حبس أو سجن طفلاً مع بالغ أو أكثر في مكان واحد.
Article 112
Children must not be detained, imprisoned, or incarcerated with other adults in the same place. When implementing detention, children must be classified according to age, gender, and type of crime.
Any public official or person entrusted with a public service who detains, imprisons, or confines a child with one or more adults in the same place shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than three months and not more than two years, and by a fine of not less than one thousand pounds and not more than five thousand pounds, or by one of these two penalties.
