(المادة 104)
تكون تدريب الطفل وتأهيله بأن تعهد المحكمة به إلى أحد المراكز المخصصة لذلك أو إلى أحد المصانع أو المتاجر أو المزارع التي تقبل تدريبه وبما يتناسب مع ظروف الطفل، مدة تحددها المحكمة في حكمها، على ألا تزيد مدة بقاء الطفل في الجهات المشار إليها على ثلاث سنوات، وذلك بما لا يعيق انتظام الطفل في التعليم الأساسي.
Article 104
The child's training and rehabilitation shall be entrusted by the court to one of the centers designated for this purpose, or to one of the factories, shops, or farms that accept to train him in a manner appropriate to the child's circumstances, for a period specified by the court in its ruling, provided that the child's stay in the aforementioned places does not exceed three years, and in a manner that does not impede the child's enrollment in basic education.
