(المادة 99)
يكون للجان حماية الطفولة الفرعية تلقي الشكاوى عن حالات تعرض الطفل للخطر، ولها، في هذه الحالة- بعد التحقق من جدية الشكوى - استدعاء الطفل أو أبويه أو متولى أمره أو المسئول عنه والاستماع إلى أقوالهم حول الوقائع موضوع الشكوى.
وعلى اللجنة فحص الشكوى والعمل على إزالة أسبابها، فإذا عجزت عن ذلك، رفعت تقريرًا بالواقعة وما تم فيها من إجراءات إلى اللجنة العامة لحماية الطفولة، لتتخذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية.
Article 99
The sub-committees for child protection shall receive complaints about cases of children being at risk, and in this case - after verifying the seriousness of the complaint - they shall summon the child, his parents, his guardian or the person responsible for him and listen to their statements about the facts that are the subject of the complaint.
The committee must examine the complaint and work to eliminate its causes. If it is unable to do so, it must submit a report on the incident and the actions taken to the General Committee for Child Protection, so that it may take the necessary legal measures.
