(المادة 64)
مع عدم الإخلال بنص الفقرة الثانية من المادة (18) من قانون التعليم الصادر بالقانون رقم 139 لسنة 1981، يحظر تشغيل الأطفال قبل بلوغهم خمس عشرة سنة ميلادية كاملة، كما يحظر تدريبهم قبل بلوغهم ثلاث عشرة سنة ميلادية.
ويجوز بقرار من المحافظ المختص، بعد موافقة وزير التعليم، الترخيص بتشغيل الأطفال من سن ثلاث عشرة إلى خمس عشرة سنة في أعمال موسمية لا تضر بصحتهم أو نموهم ولا تخل بمواظبتهم على الدراسة.
Article 64
Without prejudice to the text of paragraph two of Article (18) of the Education Law issued by Law No. 139 of 1981, it is prohibited to employ children before they reach fifteen full calendar years, and it is also prohibited to train them before they reach thirteen calendar years.
The competent governor may, with the approval of the Minister of Education, authorize the employment of children aged thirteen to fifteen years in seasonal work that does not harm their health or development and does not interfere with their school attendance.
