(المادة 70)
للعاملة في الدولة والقطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام والقطاع الخاص، سواء كانت تعمل بصفه دائمة أو بطريق التعاقد المؤقت، الحق في إجازة وضع مدتها ثلاثة أشهر بعد الوضع بأجر كامل، وفي جميع الأحوال لا تستحق العاملة هذه الإجازة لأكثر من ثلاث مرات طوال مدة خدمتها.
وتخفض ساعات العمل اليومية للمرأة الحامل ساعة على الأقل اعتبارًا من الشهر السادس للحمل، ولا يجوز تشغيلها ساعات عمل إضافية طوال مدة الحمل وحتى نهاية ستة أشهر من تاريخ الولادة.
Article 70
Female employees in the state, the public sector, the public business sector, and the private sector, whether they work permanently or on a temporary contract basis, have the right to maternity leave of three months after childbirth with full pay. In all cases, the female employee is not entitled to this leave more than three times during her entire service period.
A pregnant woman's daily working hours are reduced by at least one hour starting from the sixth month of pregnancy, and she may not be required to work overtime throughout her pregnancy and until six months after delivery.
