(المادة 32)
تهدف دور الحضانة إلى تحقيق الأغراض الآتية:
1 - رعاية الأطفال اجتماعيا وتنمية مواهبهم وقدراتهم.
2 - تهيئة الأطفال بدنيا وثقافيا ونفسيا وأخلاقيا تهيئة سليمة بما يتفق مع أهداف المجتمع وقيمه الدينية.
3 - نشر الوعي بين أسر الأطفال لتنشئتهم تنشئة سليمة.
4 - تقوية وتنمية الروابط الاجتماعية بين الدار وأسر الأطفال.
5- تلبية حاجة الأطفال للترويح ومزاولة الألعاب والأنشطة الترفيهية والفنية المناسبة لأعمارهم.
ويجب أن يتوافر لديها من الوسائل والأساليب ما يكفل تحقيق الأغراض السابقة وذلك طبقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية في هذا الشأن.
Article 32
Nurseries aim to achieve the following objectives:
1- Providing social care for children and developing their talents and abilities.
2 - Preparing children physically, culturally, psychologically and morally in a sound manner in accordance with the goals of society and its religious values.
3 - Spreading awareness among children's families to raise them properly.
4 - Strengthening and developing social ties between the home and the children's families.
5- Meeting children's need for recreation and engaging in games, leisure activities, and artistic pursuits appropriate to their age.
It must have the means and methods to ensure the achievement of the above objectives, in accordance with what is specified in the executive regulations in this regard.
