(المادة 141)
يكون تنفيذ العقوبات المقيدة للحرية المحكوم بها على الأطفال في مؤسسات عقابية خاصة يصدر بتنظيمها قرار من الوزير المختص بالشئون الاجتماعية بالاتفاق مع وزير الداخلية.
فإذا بلغ سن الطفل ثمانية عشر عامًا تنفذ عليه العقوبة أو المدة الباقية منها في أحد السجون العمومية، ويجوز مع ذلك استمرار التنفيذ عليه في المؤسسة العقابية إذا لم يكن هناك خطورة من ذلك وكانت المدة الباقية من العقوبة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر.
Article 141
The implementation of custodial sentences imposed on children shall take place in special penal institutions, the organization of which shall be determined by a decision of the Minister of Social Affairs in agreement with the Minister of the Interior.
If the child reaches the age of eighteen, the sentence or the remainder thereof shall be carried out in one of the public prisons. However, it is permissible to continue the execution of the sentence in the penal institution if there is no danger from doing so and the remaining period of the sentence does not exceed six months.
