Considering the procedures of governors and managers in their departments in the name of each of the principals
We are the Khedive of Egypt
Since every governor and every director is the only representative of the government body in the province or directorate entrusted to him, and all the employees in the provinces and directorates are obligated to submit to the authority of the governor or director, whatever the watchdog to which these employees are affiliated;
We ordered what is to come:
Article 1The procedures of governors and directors in their governorates and directorates are in the name of and on behalf of each of our government bureau chiefs .
Article 2The overseers of our government offices must implement this order, each of them in their own right .
